A place to talk
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy and counselling for adults experiencing the effects of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, significant life change, or experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
My practice has a particular focus on working with people affected by trauma, including sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual violence. I also work with veterans, first responders and victims of crime, including people accessing support through Victim Assist Queensland.
Therapy is a place where you can begin to make sense of what has happened, at your own pace, in a calm, confidential and respectful environment.
A little about me
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a space where you can feel comfortable, respected and able to work at your own pace.
My approach is warm, respectful and grounded in trauma-informed practice. I work collaboratively, taking time to understand not only what has happened in your life, but how those experiences may continue to affect you today.
A significant part of my work focuses on trauma, including sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual violence. I also work with veterans, first responders and people who have experienced crime, including clients accessing support through Victim Assist Queensland.
I also work with the experiences that can come with military service, first responder work and other high-pressure roles, including the impact these experiences can have long after the event itself.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. I offer a calm, confidential and respectful space where we can work together at a pace that feels manageable.
